Rules and Conveniences

We made all services and conveniences in the hotel for your comfortable accommodation. You can find information about the rules of accommodation at the Sky-Apartments below. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The Check in Apart-hotel in Odessa

Reception 24 hours. We would be happy to provide you with assistance of transfers from the train station. Departure from the hotel at 12:00, guests arrive at 14:00.

Booking rooms

In case of booking more than two days, as well as during high season and holidays is required to make an prepayment for 1 day of accommodation, the reservation must be confirmed within 3 banking days. This amount is not refundable in case of cancellation. Requisites for payment can be found in the section "Information-Payment".

Services in the mini-hotel SKY-APARTMENTS

1. - Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge without giving an additional sleeping place. The costs of additional sleeping place for children is 100 UAH, for adults is 150 UAH.
2. - If you want to settle in aparthotel with domestic animals it may be possible only by prior arrangement with our manager and charges may be applicable.
3. -  You may leave your valuables and spare cash in the hotel safe. In case you forget something we will be ready to send you belongings personaly or by post.
4. - We keep the cleanliness in our rooms. Rooms are cleaned once in two days, the bed linen is changed once in five days.
5. - Smoking in the hotel is not allowed. We request you to respect this rule.

Each room is equipped with everything needed for comfortable rest:

1. - free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection;
2. - water filter;
3. - iron and hairdryer;
4. - bed linen;
5. - the private bathrooms come with slippers and free toiletries;
6. - washing machine with a dryer;
7. - mosquito nets;
8. - split system;
9. - our kitchens are equipped with everything needed for cooking
